My husband works in the crude oil business and needed a chain wrench for various sized fittings up to 5 inches in diameter. You can easily spend 60 dollars or more for one, but the Crescent brand is holding up well under fairly heavy use and you simply can't beat the price (and I did shop around quite a bit before buying this one for him).Indespensible for working with pipes and fittings over 2 inches, especially odd-shaped items and works well with fittings up to 5 inches in diameter without having to carry numerous tools. The ratcheting mechanism has held up well and has saved him a lot of hassle and elbow grease.
Most definitely a bargain.
