I purchased this stool as a gift for my boyfriend.Overall the stool is fine, but I was very disappointed that it does not spin.
The seat rests on the metal legs unlike any of the other garage stools I have seen - I would imagine over time the nice shiny stool cover will become worn just from sitting & normal maneuvering. I guess this is more of novelty item, versus a fully functional garage stool. Looks pretty.
